Ring in spring with the residents of Rooster Haus Rescue at our second annual kid-friendly Finders Peepers Scavenger Hunt!
Bring your compassionate chickadees and their baskets for a one-of-a-kind scavenger hunt around the sanctuary amidst our feathered and furry residents. In addition to the scavenger hunt, there will be vegan candy, coloring and crafts, and storytime with the chickens.
If you attended last year, fear not: we have all new crafts and enhanced experiences for you this year. And we’ve heard your feedback: we’ll have age-appropriate options for all activities for kiddos aged 2(ish) to 13(ish)!

Cost: $40 per group (one vehicle, up to two children); $10 per additional child; no charge for children ages two & under

Fine print:
Rooster Haus Rescue is a vegan animal sanctuary and this is an entirely vegan event. We ask attendees to refrain from bringing animal products onto the property out of respect for our mission.
Event address is private and will be provided to attendees after registration.
This is an outdoor event. In the event of rainy weather, the craft area will be covered with outdoor canopies and the event will proceed. In the event of severe inclement weather that prevents safe travel to the sanctuary, the event will be canceled and a full refund will be provided to all registrants.
Tickets are refundable for cancellations prior to the registration cutoff date (March 23rd).
Tickets are transferable. Contact us via email (events@roosterhaus.org) to transfer your ticket.
Masks are strongly encouraged when in close proximity with other attendees.
Due to the ongoing threat of highly pathogenic avian influenza, direct contact with sanctuary residents will be limited.
Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver: Rooster Haus Rescue is an animal rescue organization and the Rooster Haus Rescue property has both naturally occurring and artificial conditions, including but not limited to animals, animal enclosures, and uncleared property. Participation in activities at the Rooster Haus Rescue increases the risk of harm from the aforementioned conditions. I understand and voluntarily assume the risk of injury and other harm from these conditions while attending the Finders Peepers Scavenger Hunt. In consideration for my attendance, I for myself, my heirs, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Rooster Haus Rescue, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from liability for any and all claims, including negligence, resulting in personal injury, accidents, illnesses, and property loss arising from activities at Rooster Haus Rescue.
Photographic Release: I grant and convey to Rooster Haus Rescue all right, title, and interests in any and all photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of me or my likeness or voice made by Rooster Haus Rescue in connection with my attendance at the Finders Peepers Scavenger Hunt.
